Support global citizenship at UConn
Global Affairs at UConn fosters international partnerships and research in many countries across the globe. Students have the opportunity to conduct research, participate in internships, and explore human rights courses through the Education Abroad program, the Human Rights Institute, and the initiatives lead by the UNESCO Chair in Human Rights. The Thomas J. Dodd Research Center convenes a number of external lectures, symposia, and a series of comprehensive Human Rights teacher trainings for K-12 educators. The Center also houses wide-ranging archives and collections, which support research in human rights and other social sciences.
