Support The Dreams Of The Minds Of Tomorrow

Student Support Services for PhD (SSS4PhD) seeks to raise funds in order to support additional SSS students' participation in the McNair Scholars Program.

All of the students involved in SSS and the McNair Scholars Program are the first in their families to attend college, from low-income family households, and/or self-identify as an underrepresented ethnicity in higher education.

Student Support Services (SSS) aims to increase the enrollment, retention, and graduation of UConn undergraduates.

The McNair Scholars Program aims to prepare talented, diligent UConn undergraduates for Ph.D. studies in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) disciplines.

Who will benefit from my contribution?
Student Support Services program participants who enroll in The McNair Scholars Program will be the beneficiaries of your donation. The name of the fund is: Minority and First Generation Pre-Doctoral Scholars Fund.

SSS4PhD contributions will be utilized to support high-potential undergraduate students in conducting innovative research and providing them with resources, such as GRE study tools and travel to STEM research conferences, to prepare for Ph.D. programs.
