We are raising money towards a career panel to be hosted Spring 2016.

IP and Technology Law Society

We are raising money for the Ignite Crowdfunding Initiative because we want to expose UConn law students to possible careers in intellectual property and technology law.

Our fundraising goal represents an estimate of the cost to host a career panel to be held in the spring of 2016. We want to bring together a panel of practitioners with a variety of backgrounds who practice in different areas of intellectual property law to answer questions from students about having a career in the field.

If you or someone you know would be interested in participating in this panel, please send us an e-mail at iptls@uconn.edu to let us know!

Please note: if we raise money beyond what we need for these purposes it will go towards our general costs. If we raise less money than our goal, what we raise will go toward our proposed career panel as long as we can get enough money to fund the event from other sources. If that is not feasible, we will use the money toward smaller events.
